I’m the managing editor of MatadorNetwork (www.matadornetwork.com) and I plan to strengthen the community by continually looking for ways to take this amazing online community offline–by linking people who are traveling to others where they’ll be going– that’s just one idea!

I have been blessed with being able to connect and create many friendships with those in my community (silversmiths, artisans, etc) off line. I have started a blog with the intent of creating an online community that will also have access to relevant information for them. I teach silversmithing and it is one of my greatest pleasures to share what I have learned. I would also love to be one of those that wins a free copy of your book but if not…thank you for having written it…I think that creating community is something we all need now.

P.S. I also subscribed to your blog. I want to let you know how community has worked for me in finding this blog. I subscribe to “Ittybiz by Naomi Dunford” whom mentioned “Writing the Cyber Highway” which had an interview with you about your book, so I followed the link.

I am always happy to leave a comment too. I find your book is so different from those others are putting out there by the tons. I look forward to it!
If we had been thinking, we could have carried the launch on my blog as well (with a link to yours of course!) Have to keep that in mind. I’ll post about it and we’ll see what we can do!

I want to learn more about online marketing in 2009 and also about writing for my passion of being a patient advocate.
I learned about you through Michele and am so glad our paths have crossed. Hope I’m the lucky winner – just wish I had known about your book when it was on sale.
Best of luck to you.

I’d love to win this. I write often about online community building. My biggest weakness is finding the time to visit and comment on others’ blogs.
